Continuing the company's highly successful 'mermaid' productions, here is the trailer for MAKO MERMAIDS, the new children's series spin-off of H2O - JUST ADD WATER. Real-life mermaids Sirena, Nixie and Lyla are part of a mermaid pod that lives in the waters off Mako Island. As young members of the pod it is their job to protect their magical island from trespassers. But on the night of a full moon, the mischievous mermaids neglect their duties. 16-year old land-dweller Zac enters the Moon Pool and forms a special connection with Mako Island - he is granted a fish-like tail and amazing powers. Threatened by his merman powers, the pod leaves the island, but Sirena, Nixie and Lyla are banished. The young mermaids know that to be able to rejoin their pod they much get legs, venture onto land and take back Zac's powers... or risk being outcasts forever.
